The hotel has a direct entrance from the shopping center. Communal areas were spacious! Toilets near the breakfast area were spotlessly clean.
The online check-in and check-out did not function properly. Reception staff ignored me during checkout, prioritizing another person who arrived later. This was impolite!

the location is superb! the train station is right there, and the bus station is too. being attached to a shopping mall offers lots of dining options. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the lighting was not good in the room. a desk lamp was missing, made working difficult. the lamps by the bed were also like tiny nightlights and not really sufficient for reading, i hope it improves!

the location was very convenient for train travel. i found the staff helpful when i checked in. the breakfast offered a reasonable buffet selection.
the room overlooked roofs and air vents, not appealing. the room seemed worn with chipped bathroom furniture. the toiletries provided were nearly empty when i arrived.
